Welcome to Fanar Technologies (Registration in Process) ("Sonh Mart", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sonh Mart website (sonhmart.in) and the Sonh Mart mobile application (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By downloading, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. User Accounts & Security

1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders.
2. Account Creation: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
3. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (managed securely via Supabase) and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we suspect fraudulent activity, abuse of the platform, or a breach of these Terms.

3. Products, Pricing, and Availability

1. Product Listings: We strive to display product images, descriptions, and prices as accurately as possible. However, the actual packaging and product may vary.
2. Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Availability: Inventory is managed in real-time. However, if a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel that portion of the order and initiate a refund for the unavailable items.

4. Orders, Payments, and Cancellations

1. Order Acceptance: An order is only considered accepted when its status changes to "Confirmed".
2. Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Sonh Mart Wallet, and online payments processed securely via Cashfree Payments (UPI, Cards, NetBanking).
3. Order Cancellation by User: You may cancel an order free of charge before the order status changes to "Packed" or "Out for Delivery".
4. Order Cancellation by Sonh Mart: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery location constraints.

5. Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Zones: We currently deliver to select locations. Our platform uses Google Maps to verify delivery feasibility during checkout.
2. Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience. While we aim to fulfill orders rapidly (Quick Commerce), delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen operational issues.
3. Delivery Handover: The customer or an authorized representative must be present at the delivery location. If the customer is unreachable for 10 minutes upon arrival, the order may be marked as "Failed Delivery" and returned to the store.
4. Delivery Fees: Applicable delivery, platform, or convenience fees will be clearly displayed on the checkout page prior to payment.

6. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

1. Perishable Goods: Due to health and safety standards, fresh produce, dairy, bakery, and frozen items cannot be returned once accepted at delivery. Please inspect these items at the time of handover.
2. Non-Perishable Goods: Sealed, non-perishable items can be returned within 48 hours of delivery if they are defective, expired, or incorrect.
3. Refund Processing: Online payments will be refunded to the original payment source within 5-7 business days via Cashfree. COD payments or Wallet deductions will be credited directly to the customer's Sonh Mart Wallet.

7. Wallet & Promotions

1. Sonh Mart Wallet: Wallet balances hold promotional credits or refunds and hold no cash value outside of the Sonh Mart platform. They cannot be transferred to a bank account.
2. Promocodes: Coupons and promotional codes are subject to specific terms, validity periods, and maximum discount caps. We reserve the right to revoke abused promotional codes.

8. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

1. Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
2. Attempt to bypass or manipulate the payment gateway, inventory systems, or delivery distance calculations.
3. Submit false delivery addresses, fake orders, or intentionally reject legitimate COD orders.
4. Harass, abuse, or mistreat Sonh Mart delivery personnel or staff.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonh Mart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Services.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Baramulla, Jammu & Kashmir.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
