🛍️ 1. Order Acceptance & Placing

By placing an order on Sonh Mart, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and reside within our active service zones in Kashmir. All orders submitted via our web app are subject to product availability and confirmation by the store admin.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order at our discretion due to pricing errors, stock outs, delivery zone safety conditions, or weather-related disruptions.

💳 2. Payment Methods & Verification

Sonh Mart supports two primary payment methods to ensure ease of transaction in our region:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment must be handed in full to our rider at the exact time of delivery. If you require change, please specify it in the change note field during checkout.
• Manual UPI Verification (Paytm/GPay/PhonePe): For digital payments, you must scan our official store UPI QR code, complete the transfer, and input the correct 12-digit UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number along with proof of payment.Note: Submitting fraudulent, duplicate, or incorrect UTR reference codes will result in automatic order cancellation and account suspension.

📍 3. Delivery Zones & Limitations

To maintain our quick-commerce promise, we strictly enforce delivery radius bounds. Orders are delivered from our main dispatch centers within designated zones in Srinagar and Baramulla, Kashmir.

Any orders placed with address coordinates located outside our active geofenced delivery zones (determined by real-time distance calculations at checkout) will be cancelled. Delivery fees and bag fees are automatically added to the order based on distance and configuration.

❌ 4. Order Cancellations & Refunds

Customers can request cancellations before the order status updates to "Packing". Once packing starts, cancellations are restricted.

If an order is cancelled by the admin (e.g. out of stock or wrong payment reference), the reason will be clearly saved and communicated. For manual UPI transactions, refunds will be initiated to the original UPI account within 24-48 hours.

⚠️ 5. Limitation of Liability

Sonh Mart acts as a quick-delivery convenience service. We do not manufacture the packaged goods sold. We are not liable for manufacturer packaging defects, product quality issues, or delays caused by traffic checkpoints, road closures, or network outages in the region.
